  7. Ongoing maintenance

Checklist 2: People on Your Website Development Team

Here are the jobs involved in creating a website.

Many of these jobs can be done by one person, for example, “webmaster” and “developer” are often the same person.

Keep in mind that you need to have people on your team who can fulfill these roles.

Checklist 3: Website Development Phases

Most of the work is done in Phase 1.

If you do your research and get Phase 1 done well, the rest of the website development will go pretty smoothly.
